Capsule filling machine operation steps:

    1. Press the green button in the "Power Switch" to turn on the power.

    2. Slowly adjust the "vibration strength adjustment knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this time, the finishing disc integrated with the "vibration support" starts to vibrate. Touch the finishing disc with your hand to adjust to a certain oscillation intensity.

    3. Put the powder-filled capsule shell into the "powder-filled capsule shell finishing plate", and put about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "capsule cap finishing tray", about 300 capsules each time. The finishing plate is made of plexiglass plate, and there are many round holes with upper, lower and lower funnel shapes drilled on it. The diameter of the round holes corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number.

    4. About 30 seconds, the powder capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the round hole with the opening facing up. If individual openings are facing downwards, you can use the capsule cap to gently press down on the sleeve, and then you can pull it out.

    5. Horizontally hold the powder-filled capsule shell adapter plate (drawn at the end of the picture, it has been prepared randomly, there are round holes in the adapter plate), and gently push it in the lower part of the finishing plate, and the powder-containing capsule shell in the finishing plate It will fall down into the circular hole of the adapter plate, and then remove the adapter plate. In the same way, use the capsule cap adapter plate to remove the capsule cap.

    6. A square medicine powder plate with a bottom area of 500 × 500mm2 and a height of about 10mm on the four sides can be prepared in advance. The medicine powder is contained in the plate, and the capsule shell plate is placed on the square medicine powder plate. Then cover the randomly-made plexiglass frame on the capsule of the powder-filled capsule, put the medicine powder into the frame with a small bucket, and scrape the edge of the frame to fill the medicine powder and scrape off the excess medicine powder.

    7. Use a cap set board (with round holes shown at the end of the figure) that is provided with the capsule cap and place it on the cap board of the cap cap. There are alignment holes for easy placement. Flip the capsule cap connection plate so that the opening of the capsule faces downward, and put it on the powder-filled capsule shell connection plate that has been filled with medicine powder. There are also alignment holes, which are easy to fit.

    8. Put the fitted capsule plate into the cavity under the "capsule cap forming plate", and pull the "press lever" down with your hand to be in place, you don't need to be careful to use excessive force, because there is a positioning mechanism to control the depression height. Take out the capsule plate and pour out the capsule.
